the greatest fear is the fear of the unknown
in fact i think most fears are based on not knowing, i am terrified of heights because i cannot KNOW that i won't fall, i hate people touching my neck because i cannot know that they are not going to strangle me
people live every day in fear
young people who steal and hurt
they're afraid they won't have enough money
stab or be stabbed
students who are terrified they're going to be alone
somedays i get scared i'll be single for the rest of my life
these things are unknown to us
but what we do know, is the author of time
the job, the relationship, tomorrow, next year
he has a plan
you don't need to fear or plan or panic
just have faith, the size of a mustard seed
i might never get married, but i'll never be alone
i can trust that being single will bring me greater joy, bring me closer to Jesus if its what happens
"for God so loved the world that he gave his only son"
he gave everything for you, he's not gonna mess that up
it might not look like what the world counts as successful
but it will bring greater joy and life in abundance
walk in freedom not fear
