meet my eye

your eyes are the colour of hope

i find it so hard to lift my head somedays 

i feel defeated by all the wrong i do, by how lazy i am

i want to sleep from 3pm unitll its all ok again

but you always find me

and tilt my head up

and force me to look in your eyes

a sunset or a verse or a text 

you manage to force me to focus on you

and you remind me that you are greater
