these days feels like my life is on fast forward
in week 6 of uni already
there's talk of graduation and careers
and i always rush into prayer

then when i stop to catch a breath for the next hasty demand
i breathe out
as God says, hi...pause
He reminds me to take some time and focus my mind and my heart
to realign my priorities
and to fall in love, each morning
and more and more every time i spend time with him
and to remember that i am here to worship him
